Process: 
All items are handmade in Oklahoma. Our inventory is made to order and all items are shipped 5-7 days the latest after your order is placed. We accept custom orders. To place a custom order, contact us via sales@mawusiclothing.com and list the details of your order. 

Payment: 
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.
All customers in the state of Oklahoma will be charged a 8.25% sales tax. 

Shipping: Domestic & International
Domestic Shipping -Tracking is included.
3-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail
1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail
1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail Express

International Shipping - Tracking is not included for certain countries.
1-2 business weeks via USPS First Class Mail International
6-10 business days via USPS Priority Mail International 
3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail Express International

Exchanges

NO RETURNS, ONLY EXCHANGE within 7 days from purchase date. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All items are standard and true to size.
- Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order with problems
- We are responsible for shipping fees for sending wrong garment and sizes 
- For all exchanges, please remember to attached a note the size you will want to exchange
- Customer is responsible for shipping fee on exchanges and returns as a result of ordering the wrong size. 
- Please update your current address with Paypal to ensure the acquirement of items; otherwise, customers are responsible for any additional mailing fees.
- We only accept unworn garments.  We will exchange your item(s) with a new product free of charge.
For refunds, contact us via sales@mother-daughters.com and email us your product(s) reference number and we will contact you.

Custom Orders Sales:
Custom orders are any items that are customer specifically requested such as size, design and length and other special addition to listed garment on the store or completely new one. All custom orders far final.

    Q1. How will I know if my order has been shipped?
    A1. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

    Q2. When will I get my order?
    A2. Your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days and you will receive it base on the type of shipping rate you purchase. Please refer to our shipping policies.
